WILL GILLELAND

Will is a highly respected personal trainer, former Division I wrestler, and U.S. Army veteran who has dedicated his life to helping others reach their full physical and mental potential. His journey through elite athletics, military service, and advanced fitness education has shaped him into a trainer who understands far more than sets and reps — he understands people, purpose, and what it truly takes to change a life.

Will’s passion for fitness began long before he became a coach. As a multi-sport high school athlete and later a D1 wrestler, he learned early on the importance of discipline, consistency, and pushing past limits. Wrestling taught him how to embrace hard work, thrive under pressure, and stay focused on long-term goals — qualities that still define his coaching style today.

After college, Will carried those values into the U.S. Army, serving as a medic. In that role, he was responsible for keeping soldiers healthy, strong, and mission-ready. His experiences in the Army deepened his understanding of human performance, injury prevention, and leadership. But more importantly, they sparked the realization that his true calling was helping others improve their lives through fitness, movement, and health education.

When a back injury led to his medical retirement, Will refused to let it define him. Instead, he turned his recovery into a mission — learning everything he could about corrective exercise, biomechanics, performance training, and sustainable strength development. That journey not only healed him physically but built the foundation for the coaching approach he uses today.

As a trainer, Will believes that every person deserves a program built around their goals, strengths, and limitations. His coaching blends strength training, mobility work, performance enhancement, corrective strategies, and personalized nutrition guidance. He works with a wide range of clients — from beginners building their first foundation of fitness to athletes looking to elevate their performance.

Will’s clients appreciate his supportive but no-nonsense style. He motivates with purpose, teaches with clarity, and holds people accountable in a way that helps them show up as their strongest selves — not just in the gym, but in life. His mission is simple:

Help people move better, feel better, perform better, and live better.
