Megan Harris is a competitive powerlifter and dedicated personal trainer who is passionate about helping clients build strength, confidence, and discipline—both inside and outside the gym. With years of experience as an athlete, Megan brings a deep understanding of what it takes to develop not only physical strength, but the consistency and resilience required for long-term success.

She specializes in strength and conditioning, performance training, and injury prevention, working with individuals at every level—from beginners taking their first steps into fitness to experienced lifters chasing their next personal record. Megan also incorporates practical, results-driven nutrition strategies to support performance, recovery, and overall wellness.


Her coaching approach is rooted in proper technique, intentional programming, and sustainable progress. Megan doesn’t believe in quick fixes—she focuses on building strong bodies and strong mindsets that last.
